Any solid solutions to super low ML wifi speeds?

Hi guys,

I know this was a known issue when ML was just released and there was various somewhat odd solutions that worked for a random selection of people.

I have since then mostly used windows on my macbook pro where the wifi is blasting as max speeds no problem.

I have recently started using osx again and I have all latest updates, even the 10.8.3 dev beta released a week ago and I just noticed that I am getting around 15-20% of my wifi as I should and compared to Windows :/

I am even running my wifi on an apple aiport extreme.

So if anyone found a solid and guaranteed solution please share! would be much appreciated.

I got no change from using channel 11 or 6.

Not a solid solution, but at least a new update on things to try:
