Any Sprint iPhone 4s users experiencing dramatically worse data speeds today only?

Not in general terms as Sprint data speed always sucks... but today I'm getting speeds that are one quarter of what I have been getting this past week.

ie 40kbps is now 10kbps

...this is causing anything I do via safari to take forever to load and format.

Anyone else seeing this today or is it just my phone?
