I know Skitch wasn't perfect, but it did everything I needed. Trawling through the AppStore, there seems to be a real lack of good image/screenshot mark up & annotations apps.

All I want is various colours & thicknesses, some arrows, rectangles/boxes/circles & text. Then to be able to save & share.

Just like Skitch really..

Any advice welcome x

You can try the screenshot app.

I like it because I can access it directly as an extension from the photos app, meaning you can take a photo, then edit and share it directly from the gallery. I don't think you can adjust the thickness, but it runs smoothly and should do everything else you need.

Why are you dropping Skitch? I know Evernote said they were not supporting it any longer, but it is still working fine for me on El Capitan.

Like you mentioned, I have not found anything better.

I'm talking about the iOS version. Realised this morning though that they've incorporated the app into Evernote, so no replacement required..
