iOS Any suggestions for a good xcode "top layer"?

I mean a layer on top of xcode that will accelerate/simplify coding? I have read over the time about a couple but for the life of me I can't remember their names.

Accessorizer is one such tool. I have it, but haven't used it. The creator has some videos on YouTube.
