Mctube was brilliant, but they secretly updated it to include advertisements and now it has been removed from the App Store, i have the old version backed up on my computer, is there anyway to transfer that copy to my ipad?

ya as long as your using the same appleID you can put the app from your itunes(comptuter) to your iDevice even after its pulled from the app store
