I wasn't so sure at first if I wanted one of the new MBPs or if I should just get one of the M1 machines or wait for the M2 Air, but I've pretty much decided at this point to go with the base 14" MBP. Unless there's some glaring heat or fan issues (doubt) in the reviews on Monday, I'm going to get one.
I realize every launch is different and there could be some variations from past launches, but I'm thinking it's pretty safe to assume that most physical Apple Stores should have some 14" base in stock on Tuesday.
With that, any thoughts on ordering and securing an in-store pick up? Should I be ready at midnight on my computer to add to cart and choose store pick up? Or do you think it's likely that info won't populate until Tuesday morning when the stores actually open?
