Any To Do with Left - Right Scrolling?

Are you aware of any app that would imitate a stack of index cards that you could scroll through with swiping the screen right and left?

I use to use several index cards in my pocket for To Do lists.
Each card would have a separate Category and then a list of items that needed to be done under that Category. I could flip through the cards from left to right and check all that needed to be done.

I would love to find an iphone app that would allow me to do that.
Each page would be a different card that could be scrolled through by swiping the screen left to right?

Any ideas?

you could convert your "index" cards into powerpoint slides, then view it with a Powerpoint view app like quickoffice
