Any Tweaks to remove country restrictions

Hi all

Just wondering if there are any tweaks for the above, for instance some apps will only work in the UK, even on WIFI, just wondering if there is anything out there to remove this?

I, too, am looking for something like this, especially for ESPN Goals.app.

I have not come across any tweaks....but i use VPN express in the app store and its really works, i am in the UK and can access Pandora and all US websites and apps.
