Any upgrade/trade-in deals for iPads?

I currently own an iPad Air and was looking to either trade it in or upgrade to a new one, is anyone aware of either trade-in deals that are coming up or upgrade offers? Looks like my iPad Air 32gb, AT&T, Space Gray is running for $150, which is sad.
