On my existing Macbook Air, I have one of these to expand the storage space, but it uses regular USB. $29, works great for getting MP3 files off the main drive, and never needs to be removed since it doesn't stick out like a regular flash drive.

Is there a USB-C equivalent? I can't seem to find one!

Nope...I think the USB-C port is too small, though in theory it would be possible to build,

The SD slot was ideal for this and I hope they bring it back.

Can't always get what you want, even from Apple.

I feel you, on my early 2015 13" I had the Sandisk Ultrafit it was perfect and I've been looking for an equivalent for 15" tMBP.

The closest I've found which I have in right now is the Kingston Datatraveler Microduo, I have the 128gb
