Resolved Any Useful Tweaks?

Does anyone know of any useful tweaks from Cydia for an iPhone 4S JailBroken using Evasi0n iOS 6.1.2?? So far I have installed JellyLock, Unfold, TetherMe, Zeppilin, NCSettings, NCColors, Auxo, Springtomize 2, SBSettings, and FakeCarrier. Does anyone know of any other useful tweaks available because it seems like I have seen more before on the internet but can't seem to find them now that I'm JailBroken yes I have looked on Google. Thanks for any help.

You could consider using a search engine like Google to find others.
For example, searching for 'best Cydia tweaks' gave me many good responses. I like the tweak FaceOff.

I'm not even jailbroken and that took me 3 seconds to find, the other one had ~250 but I wasn't trying to reformat a columned list for the op.

Define useful. What's useful to one isn't to the next. Every tweak is useful to someone or it wouldn't exist in the first place. What are you specifically looking to do?
