Any Visual Hub Users?

So i'm using visual hub to encode video footage in to mpeg, and taking it into itunes. As i understand it you can choose to encode in either mpeg-4 or h.264 from what i've read. But i don't see where you choose that option. Anyone know?

Under the main ipod tab there is a tickbox for H264 encoding just under the quality slider.
Fantastic program, I love it.
