I have tried Volume Boost X3 and Volume Booster 4.0 with no luck. It seems like I'm not alone as many people say they don't work for them either. I'm on an iPhone 4, version 5.0.1 (9A405), and 04.11.08 firmware. Any suggestions if I want to increase volume of the ear speaker? I would just like to slightly increase the volume as it's low on some phone calls.

Any volume boosters (for ear speaker) in Cydia that actually work?

No I haven't found anything to boost the actual iPhone speakers either, but I will point out that Volume Boost X3 does what it says; it increases earphone/ headset volume very effectively on my iPhone 4 to the point that it can be too loud.
