Any Way For Single Line On Verizon to Get Unlimited?

I already have a single line with Verizon that I let my bro use but under my name. The phone I use is with AT&T, where I have granddaddy unlimited data.

I think I want to switch. The line my bro uses has unlimited data, but isn't due for an upgrade. Any way for me to add my new line and somehow switch to get his unlimited data?
