If you use PwnageTool, yes. Just uncheck Cydia.

is Pwnagetool the same as RedSn0w?

That means 5.0.1 still has to be signed by apple (which is not) or i have to have my Blobs + APtickets correct??

I tried to build a signed IPSW (on redsn0w) with my the SHSH blobs that Cydia has for 5.0.1 but it says "Only 14 of 16 blobs verified for ecid XXXXXXXXXX, APTicket is MISSING" Any way i can use the APtickets that Ifaith saved with RedSn0w (Pwanage tool)?

Sn0wbreeze doesn't have any issues upgrading me to 5.0.1 but that installs Cydia and JB's my phone. I want a fresh restore without anything added. IFAITH Custom Signed IPSW not working....it gets stuck when "preparing for restore".

I was able to do a fresh install without cydia!! MUAHAHAH i am so ********* happy you don't understand!

Im back at 5.0.1 FULLY untethered!!
