All iPads Any way to access shared folders in PC on Ipad?

On my android tab, i can just use esfileexplorer to access all the shared folder files on my Windows PC and thus am able to stream media/copy files.

Is there any app that does this on an ipad which will directly access all the shared folders on a PC and stream movies/audio?
