On the iPhone 5, has anyone noticed that what you see on the screen while using the camera app is not the same as the photo you end up with?

The native camera app viewfinder cuts off the top and bottom of the photo (if you're holding the phone sideways) that makes accurate framing almost impossible. I guess you can always crop the final picture, but who wants to do that on every single photo?

Anyone know how to adjust this so that what you see on the screen is what you actually save to the camera roll?

I think it's still i the 4:3 960x640 resolution/ratio

Yeah- the photo you end up with is 4:3, but the screen is 16:9 so what you see is very different from what you get.

I tried using Camera+ and 645 Pro, and those apps are still displayed in 960x640 so the framing remains accurate unlike the native camera app. I guess I'll just use those for now.
