Any way to change the Home folder location?

I am wondering if there's a way to change the location of my home folder from the current place on my OS X volume to another internal drive. I have a raid array set up and would like to keep my data on this incase of disk failure.

Thanks dude. Hmm.. I think I may just keep things the way they are and have the Storage volume be it's own separate space. Thanks anyways though!
