Any way to disable “back to top” on iPhone 14 Pro?

When holding the phone in two hands, I always accidentally tap the top part of the screen that’s a universal input for scrolling back to the top no matter what app I use. I don’t recall this feature on my 13 Pro and prior. Is there a way to disable this?

This feature is there since the very first iPhone.
