any way to export my texts to my computer?

hey guys, me and my friend text so much and theres like 30 'load earlier messages' pages, and when i want to see the first page, it takes too long to load and then quits the app, so is there any way i can export the text messages to my computer? cheers
if anything helps at all its not text messages, its actually iMessages
