I applied the Bodyguardz Pure glass screen protector on my iPhone 5 perfectly without any dust trapped. There were a few bubbles that worked its way to the edges within a day or two. But now there is an are where its clear and looks like as if the adhesive is not adhering to the screen at the top left corner and a little blob above the camera. Is there any way I can fix this? I don't have any other issue with it and would hate to ruin it if removing and reapplying wouldn't fix the issue.

I must say the feeling of the glass is excellent and its oleophobic coating is really really good compared to plastic screen protectors.

You should try pushing it out, you'll need to apply a lot of pressure so be careful.

I had that happen to mine as well, but I just pushed it in and it hasn't popped up since. Too bad I didn't get a lint-free install. One lint trapped under the Pure :( Still looks and feels fantastic though.

I am sorry to hear this! Give this a try and let me know if you are still having an issue:

Using your cleaning cloth, press down firmly with your thumb on the area that is having trouble adhering for about 5-10 seconds. Repeat this a few times if necessary, and if you are still having trouble please contact us at support@bodyguardz.com, or call us at 801-495-3514.

Here's a photo of it. Only top corner has this problem. Doesn't seem to have any dust underneath. Bottom part is perfect though.

Bodyguardz: I didn't know you guys were also here on the forums! I tried the push hard method, so hard in fact that I found out one corner of my iPhone was moving in and out of the casing! (problem was actually reported in another thread by other users). Still no go. Is it possible to use some of the liquid applicator to the blob?

Definitely don't use the application gel, it is not compatible with the Pure adhesive. It looks like you have had it installed for a few days now, but you could wait a few more to see if it will fix itself. If not, please give us a call or shoot us an email so we can get this resolved for you.

We appreciate your business. Please let us know what we can do to help!

Same problem here - But with a Samsung Note 3 - Bottom two corners don't stick down - tried pressing and holding for about 30 seconds - As soon as I remove my fingers - the edges lift??

How long has the Pure been on your Note 3? If you just applied it, then I would give it a few days, and keep trying the press and hold trick.

If the problem persists, it is more than likely an issue of the protector and the phone not being completely flush. Please give us a call or shoot us an email and we can get this taken care of for you.
