I just found my old Motorola T305 that I had from a few years back (this is a car BT speaker). I paired it to my iPhone 4, and it worked well to make hands free calls. But I was getting navigation alerts through Waze whole driving, and also listening to my while driving. I thought I'd be able to push the audio (via the airplay icon) from the phone to the BT headset, but I wasn't able to find any way to do this. Even starting the iPod app and seeing if the AirPlay icon would show up wouldn't work.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm wondering if the Motorola speaker doesn't have the necessary BT software to do this (like my BT jamboree headphones do), but o thought I'd see if anyone had a trick for forcing all Bluetooth audio through this speaker.

Thanks!

That device only supports the HFP Bluetooth profile so all you'll get is phone calls. You must use an A2DP compatible Bluetooth device to get the other types of audio.

Ah got it ok. Thank you for your quick reply.
