Any way to get back old Firefox session?

Somehow, I lost a Firefox session a couple of days ago, and I'm not getting the option to restore that session anymore. Is that archived anywhere, and if so, how can it be restored? Do I need to use Time Machine? I'm using 10.7.3, by the way.

You could always take a look at Firefox' history.

So, you guys are saying that there's no log file or anything? I thought there was something like that that was accessible in previous versions of OS X.
