Hello! Is there any way to have several folders to be automatically updated in iTunes?

I really don't want to use the iTunes Media Folder since I don't like it really and am constantly moving things around.. However, I have about 5-6 folders in different places (externals, main disk, etc) that I would like to have automatically added/deleted/updated in iTunes..

Currently, I end up having to delete my whole library and re-add the folders every time, and then re-update my iPhone, etc.. too much headache.. was looking for easier solution!
