Any way to increase size of TrueCrypt file containers without deleting?

Is there any way I can increase the size of my TrueCrypt file container without creating a new, bigger one and copying everything form the old to the new one? (I don't have enough space to be doing that)

I think the Window version allows this (probably if you create an expandable vault in the first place) but the Mc version doesn't (I don't think it allows you to create a vault of type 'expandable,' or whatever they call it) ...
