Any way to limit processor speed on 2011 MBP 13

Hey All,

I actually love my new i7 2011 13" MBP. For light work temp ~50degC and fans at 2K. But I do pro audio recording and sometimes quiet more important than speed. I am looking for a way to limit processor speed to like 1 or 1.6GHz to keep the processors running cooler and fans lower at medium (lets say 30% processor loading) loading. I looked at coolbook but couldn't understand their warning ( ie undervoltage does not work on i5 and i7 MBP). But how about straight speed limit with no undervolting?

Also any other ideas would be great.......
