iPod touch Any way to lock the deletion of apps, or require passcode?

My wife and I sometimes let our daughter play games on our iPod touches. She's 2. Only problem is she likes to experiment and often times moves apps around and occasionally deletes one. lol. Is there any way to lock this deletion feature?

Pretty sure you can do it with the iPhone configuration utility.

edit: Never mind. You can't block deleting apps from the utility.

Just found you can do this in the Restrictions settings.
