Any way to make the keyboard bigger?

Is there a Cydia app that will make the iPhone keyboard slightly larger? I still happen to make stupid errors on the phone by accidentally hitting the key next to it after 2 years. I'm hoping a slightly larger keyboard will help fix this.

I can't think of an app, but have you thought about using a Bluetooth keyboard or keyboard case?

yeah, I was hoping for something like this. Maybe as big as the 5 row but not an extra row, just expand the keys.

I have also been looking around for something like this. Also, if anyone knows of one, I have wanted to find a Dvorak layout also, but it appears they no longer work on iOS4.

I'm gonna play devil's advocate here...
Since both the normal and landscape keyboard take up the entire available screen (side to side) are you planning on carrying around an iPad or touchscreen monitor hooked up to your iPhone to expand the keyboard ?
