Any way to move dictionary files from Yosemite to PPC Leopard?

There are some basic dictionaries in Yosemite that aren't available in Leopard. I've copied the files over from one Mac to my PowerBook, and while the names show up in the Dictionaries app, whenever I try to look up a word, the app locks up and quits.

Is there another step I need to implement somewhere?
