Every now and then accidentally I end up move an icon and sometimes I even delete an app! I figured out how to prevent deleting of apps. How do I lock the icons?

Any way to prevent accidental moving of icons?

Yes. Back up your phone to your computer with iTunes. If for whatever reason your phone gets messed up to the point of non-recognition, just restore from backup. Everything including your icons will be restored back to exactly how you backed it up.

You can turn on Restrictions from Settings. Make sure you have the restriction set for deleting apps, which will prevent apps from accidentally being deleted.

You can prevent apps from being deleted but you cant stop them from moving.

how does this happen to you? normally you have to touch an app icon for a longer time to be able to delete it. maybe you should touch fast? :)

Happens when it is in my pocket before the auto lock gets turned on.

Lock the phone with the button on top before you put it in your pocket....

This, because a$$ dialing is a much bigger problem. Also App launching and erroneous data input are FAR more likely to happen than Apps moving.

Habit: As you put iPhone in pocket always hit the Power button.
