Any way to prevent people from copying stuff from an external drive?

Say I had an external drive with a bunch of media files on it, and I'm using it for apple tv- but I don't want anyone to be able to copy files off of it- just read (as in they'd be able to link those media files into iTunes, but not copy to iTunes, or to a computer)- you'd need a password to be able to unlock the drive.

Any way to do this?
