Any way to put iphone 3gs video/photo app on iphone 3g?

i dont know if its possible but i remember when the ipod touch didnt have like notes or email and in jailbreak you could take the iphones apps and put it on the ipod touch now is there any way to do that with the iphone 3gs camera app the one that comes with the phone and put it onto a 3g iphone?
