Hello all,

I am in the process of selling my old MBP and would like to wipe it clean before it exchanges hands. I dont have the restore discs though, is there a way to restore it to its factory settings/features if i dont have the disc?

thanks!

You could delete all your files and create a new user and then run erase free space with Disk Utility but I would call Apple and get replacement discs, they only cost like 20 bucks. Or go and buy Snow Leopard for 29$
