Sequoia's Mail.app seems to have modified the way you can move items to suggested folders. It used to previously show a folder suggestion the toolbar, now it hides that suggestion under a carat dropdown.

Here's how it looks on earlier versions of macOS:

And here's what it looks like now:

It does seem to suggest a folder still, but it's an extra step you have to take on each message now. I tried changing my toolbar view settings and I've got gobs of free visual space on it, so I would think the suggestion would be there.

There is a keyboard shortcut (Command + Control + M) to move a mail item to the suggested folder, but again, there is no visual indication of what that suggested folder would be without clicking on the dropdown or on the Message Menu

Please tell me there is some way to revert this behavior!

Can't you just drag the preferred "Move" toolbar item to the toolbar instead of the more compact item?

I figured out why it wasn't showing up. Make sure you don't have Apple Intelligence or any mail filters enabled. That was keeping me from seeing it in the toolbar.
