I have migration assistant going on between my old and new MacBooks right now. But it's going to take two days lol. I want to cancel it and wipe off all the movies on my old Mac because I really just want my iTunes transferred. Is there any way to stop the transfer safely? It doesn't give me the option to.

Nope... there is no stop or pause button. Your only option is to just command-q to quit the app. If it is really hung up you may need to launch Activity Monitor and force quit it from there.

Or press cmd - alt - esc

I'll just let it go at this point. I've got about 20 hours lol.
