Any way to swap Apple watch instead of sell/buy?

Anyone had any luck doing this, basically just changing colour with someone else? is there a good place to do something like that. I'm in the UK and can't really think of anywhere to go to do that.

Partner has a 44mm stainless steel AW4 but fancies the stainless steel black one now so figured a straight swap would be easiest.
