Any way to take music from old iPhone and transfer them to iTunes and new iPhone?

I realized I wiped my computer and my iTunes no longer has my old music. Can I transfer all my songs on my iPhone 5s to my iPhone 6 Plus somehow without the files on my computer? I did an iCloud backup and I see the playlists, but not the music files in each playlist.
