Any way to transfer all iMessage photos to iPhoto on High Sierra mac?

It seems there is no easy way Apple has given to xfer photos from iMessage to iPhoto.. :-(

Is there any easy way? Thanks!

Assuming you mean Photos, and not iPhoto - right-click the photo, "Add to Library"

If there are 20 photos anyway I can select in bulk?

In HS you sure can, command+select them and then drag them into photos.
