Any way to transfer video/sound files remotely?

I know that you can't use iTunes over wifi/bluetooth/cell to transfer files, but is there any other way that has been found to download video & audio files to the phones remotely? I had some hope that using MobileFiles to access a file uploaded to MobileMe would work, but while the files can be downloaded they can't be played. I'm unfortunately guessing that there isn't a way to do it, but I'm hoping I'm overlooking a method somewhere. Thanks!
