Look a non pre-order question! lol

I have a new car with Bluetooth Audio and love that I can connect my iPhone to it wirelessly. However, when pairing to the bluetooth audio, the iPhone always starts playing music through the car stereo. Is there any way to turn this autoplay feature off? I have verified that it is not a setting in my car radio.

Thanks!

It may not be a "setting", but it's caused by your stereo. Some A2DP/AVRCP Bluetooth devices automatically send a "Play" signal when they connect. I had a Chatterbox motorcycle Bluetooth headset that did this.

Unfortunately the only way around it is if there is a setting in your stereo, or if perhaps the dealer has a firmware update for the stereo.
