Any way to turn off target based ads?

I think I was able to turn them off in Safari on my Mac/PC but these are still showing up on my iPad/iPhone when browsing.

I normally don't have a problem with them but seeing the exact same Zagg power supply ad every website I go to gets tiring and looks awful.

I don't know of a good way to block the ads with Safari, but some aftermarket browsers like iCan have a built in adblocker that might do the trick for you.
