Any way to use the transparent style of the docks context menu?

Hi there.

Does anyone know a possibility to use the new transparent style of the context menu from the snow leopard dock for my menu bar?

After the installation from Snow Leopard was finished my menu bar was shown with this style for about 2 seconds and changed then to the normal look.
I know that I can change the color (LeoColorBar) and set the menu bar transparent. But it doesn't look the same. Unfortunately nothing helped so far :/
