Any way transfer video files to iPhone without wifi or iTunes

I am looking for an app/device combo that would allow me to transfer videos to the Infuse video player app without using wifi or cellular data or accessing iTunes via a computer. Like say a portable drive that you can connect to the phone and together with the use of an app transfer files from the drive to the phone.

Would something like this work:

Yes will work..

I personally use nplayer and play off the device directly instead of copying the video file (WebDAV connectivity is the Key) and I have the same device .. love it a lot..

Remember to get the 64GB version, the one you linked, to have support for larger files and making sure that in future 128GB cards will work too
