Any Wi-Fi Management Application?

Is there any application can let me apply different TCP/IP, DNS or Proxy Setting to the connected Access Point?

And it can auto apply the settings when I connect to one of the Wi-Fi AP.

Without you being more specific, I would say that you can do all of that with the Network Prefs. Just click on the advanced button when you open it and you will have some tabs that will allow you to configure what you asked for.
