Well we've heard about both Verizon & Sprint saying they would unlock iPhone 4S customers in good standing but I haven't seen anything about AT&T. Currently, they will unlock any phone for customers in good stand EXCEPT for the iPhone and I want to know if this policy will remain in effect for the 4S or if it will finally be updated. Has anyone heard anything about AT&T's policy?

we should try and put the pressure on them ATT!

try cancelling the lines and pay ETF! may be then they will unlock.

who wants to take that risk? and loose money $$$

Kind of ridiculous that it would be cheaper to travel internationally with a CDMA provider rather than a gsm provider.

If they want to keep me as a customer, they had better implement some kind of unlocking before iPhone 5 ships. Otherwise, I will pre-order with Verizon and have an unlocked phone 60 days later.

Hear that AT&T? If you want my money you need to provide unlocks. I'm not stealing phones, I'm not trying to cheat you, I just want to use the phone I paid for on business trips.
