Any1 else having lag w/ Applecare?

I've had a 1ghz Tibook, out of warranty, but in for a new logic board, into Apple for over two and a half weeks now. I heard rumors that it was about Hurricane Katrina -- slowing things down? Anyone else experiencing lag time? They usually are very fast.

I waited almost 3 weeks for a shuffle replacement. They told me it was because of Katrina but I didn't buy it.
