Nope. Most of the time it's less to do with the RAM and more to do with the OS anyway. iOS outperforms a vast majority of Android phones with higher RAM. I don't fall for "high" specs on a phone because it's just a dick measuring contest at this point.

You get higher RAM when your OS requires it. Ours doesn't yet.
 
I bet if you gave someone two phones, one with 1gb and another with 2gb, they couldn't tell the difference. Its about how the OS uses the RAM.

Yes it does, you can't have more then 3 tabs or apps open without them refreshing.
