Anybody else seeing this App Store bug?

I downloaded the free TextWrangler from the app store yesterday. Version 3.5. It correctly showed in my Purchases. Today, TextWrangler was updated to 3.5.1. The App Store app bolded the Install button for TextWrangler in the Purchases tab, indicating it needed to be installed as if I had never done so, because the app bundle ID for 3.5 didn't match the current version of the app (3.5.1). Unfortunately, when I clicked on the Updates button TextWrangler didn't show as an app that needed updating. The App Store app showed that all applications were up to date. That is clearly wrong.
