Anybody else stuck at preparing for shipment?

Ordered a space gray 64gb iphone 6 plus on September 12th from the canadian apple website (unlocked) , my order has been stuck on preparing for shipment for 4 days?
 
6 days and still preparing for shipment......there is a hold on my card for the money but no charge....weird
 
Stuck here. Been stuck since September 12, iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Grey (AT&T) Premier Customer. and the Pending charge is gone from my card. 877 Number still says backorder.
 
I'm stuck at "processing items" order a iPhone 6+ 64GB silver, on the 20th
