I bought two Anker MagGo slim batteries from Apple (link below) about 8 months ago and one has already stopped working. I assume it's still under warranty, but I wasn't able to find any official info online. I found an Anker support webpage and submitted a claim anyway. It said I submitted successfully (even though I never received a confirmation email), but I haven't heard back in 3 weeks (I checked spam folder as well). I emailed Anker support today (support@anker.com); I hope they respond.
I'm wondering:
- Has anybody else's slim battery already stopped working?
- Anyone know the official warranty period on this device in the US?
- What is the proper channel for getting warranty service?
- Has anyone successfully gotten it replaced under warranty? Any issues?
